At the initiative of the Kyiv Regional Office of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, a meeting was held between the Center's management and senior coordinator Tofik Moorshudli and the coordinator of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime's Global Program for the Recovery, Investigation and Asset Control of the Detection, Search and Counteraction of Terrorism Yevhen Umanets . During the event, the issues of implementation of the best European and international practices in the fight against organized crime in practical terms were highlighted, especially in a context of reforming the domestic law-enforcement system. The attention is drawn to an expediency of preparing the Ukrainian version of the SOCTA methodology, and to conduct a comprehensive study in the framework of mastering the methodology of TOCTA (Transnational Organized Crime).
